## Not Eligible for Refund

- Change of mind after purchase
- Items that have been used, consumed, or activated
- Account bans or punishments for rule violations
- Server resets, wipes, or scheduled maintenance
- Items transferred to another player
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
## Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Removal of all purchased items
- Permanent ban from our services

## How to Request a Refund

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within:
